Russell Clare Associates was formed in 2022 by Carol Russell and Julie Clare. Both have worked in the creative and corporate sectors for over thirty years in a variety of roles.
Carol is a BAFTA-nominated writer who has had a parallel career as a consultant specialising in using story in change management work for a wide variety of national and international clients. She is also a winner of the Stephen Lawrence Foundation award.
Julie is an Olivier Award-winning theatre producer who has had a parallel career in the corporate sector for many years. This includes seven years with a global consultancy specialising in strategy execution, heading up their business development and sponsorship sales team.
