RUSSELL CLARE ASSOCIATES
Embedding Inclusion for Lasting Change

Workshops & Training
We offer CPD-accredited training designed to shift knowledge, and bring your whole organisation onto the same page. Our workshops are grounded in lived experience, social science and structural analysis, including the framework of caste, allowing us to name patterns that often go unspoken, and create room for reflection, re-learning and repair.
We always begin with your context: your team, your culture, your current challenges. All sessions are adapted for the sector you're in, the scale you’re working at, and the change you’re seeking.
Due to the particular sensitivities around race and racism, our workshops are split into affinity groups for those from the Global Majority and those racialised as white. The same materials are covered, but from appropriate vantage points.
This allows us to create space for real engagement and learning, encouraging participants to ask questions without embarrassment and make mistakes without causing harm. All sessions for members of the Global Majority are facilitated exclusively by trainers with lived experience of racism.

Considering Caste

An 8 hour workshop for senior leadership that introduces caste as a tool for understanding structural harm. Participants explore how inherited roles, implicit hierarchies and institutional habits impact inclusion efforts. Sessions include reflective space, practical planning, and leadership coaching add-ons.
Creating Supportive Workspaces / Centring Your Experience
Our signature 5-hour training, delivered for your whole workforce to embed change and give all members of your organisation a shared bedrock of knowledge. Sessions focus on history and terminology, accountability, safety, microaggressions and culture change. We also offer practical strategies for recognising and dealing with instances of discrimination.

Intentional Inclusive Management
Taking diversity skills in-house, this 8 hour workshop for managers, with a focus on trouble-shooting their most common concerns, delivers practical tools and strategies to manage a wide range of issues as they arise, ensuring confident leadership for inclusive teams, whatever happens.
Microaggressions Deep Dive
A 2-hour focused session on recognising, understanding and addressing microaggressions. Ideal as a standalone or refresher, this workshop supports organisations to move beyond “don’t say the wrong thing” and into proactive, relational accountability.
